Established in 2004, The FWPC Community Development Corporation exists to provide social programming such as employability skills, entrepreneurial opportunities, nutritional needs, and academic literacy to families throughout the community. We work through collaborative efforts with community support agencies to promote food security, resiliency, preservation of empowerment, self-sufficiency, and civil engagement.
Offering programs such as summer feeding for our local children under the age of 18, providing care packages to our local college students, mentorship programs, youth interactive opportunities, and our biggest effort, Shoes 4 School, that gives away over 3,000 pairs of shoes every year. Our goal is to engage our community so that we may equip and empower those who need assistance right here in our own backyard.
Through our continued efforts, fundraising events and community celebrations, it is our hope that you partner with us to build a greater community!
